Scoped firstAny domain purchased or managed for the business remains the client's property. Frankly can manage domain and DNS settings while we work together, and will transfer access or provide the records needed if service ends.
Third-party costs such as domain registration, email inboxes, booking software, ads, or paid directories are billed separately unless listed above. SSL certificates are included for domains connected to the hosted website once DNS is configured and active.
Before launch, you will have a chance to review and approve website copy, service details, pricing, contact information, and any business claims shown on the site.
If we stop working together, Frankly will provide a copy of the website files and reasonable transfer support so you can move the site to another host or provider. Ongoing hosting, edits, monitoring, and support end when the active plan ends.
